Company Milestone

2010

  • Nistec Group has expanded its production activities. The company has invested over 250K$ in the purchase of advanced Samsung production lines. The machines will be implemented at her Northern Israel Plants Nistec Zafon in Ma'alot and Nistec Golan in Kazerin.
  • TÜV Rheinland, the highly acclaimed international organization, has decided to award Nistec their quality standard certification for production of electronic products for the medical industry. 

 

2009

  • Nistec brings the companies in the Nistec Group together under the Nistec brand. TKS is now named Nistec Merkaz; CircuiTec is now called Nistec Design; Nistec Zafon retains its name.
     
  • Nistec inaugurates a new 22,600-square-foot production site in Katzrin, Israel, for Nistec Golan (overall manufacturing space in Nistec production sites now totals 105,000 square feet).


2008

  • Nistec acquires T.P.I. Ltd. in Maalot, Israel, and launches a new production site - Nistec Zafon, with an area of 37,600 square feet.
     
  • For the second time running, Nistec is awarded a maximum score of five stars in the "Beautiful Industry in Israel" competition.
     
  • Nistec receives ISO 14001:2003 certification by the Standards Institution of Israel, conforming to an environment-friendly management system.
     
  • Nistec is awarded the Golden Mark by the Standards Institution of Israel for gaining three quality marks.
     
  • Nistec launches Nistec Sunday Training - a series of free training courses for clients.


2007

  • Nistec is awarded a maximum score of five stars in the "Beautiful Industry in Israel" competition.
     
  • Nistec Merkaz (TKS) receives ISO 13485:2003 certification by the Standards Institution of Israel, for manufacturing medical products.
     
  • Nistec Design (CircuiTec) presents the Market Gate client system, which facilitates sharing information on the progress of a project on the Internet.


2006

  • Nistec Merkaz acquires a Siemens state-of-the-art SMT line, including an advanced AOI System by Yes-Tech, in an investment of $1M.
     
  • Nistec launches a new RMA service for OEM companies.
     
  • Nistec Design (CircuiTec) expands its activity and becomes the largest PCB layout design service bureau In Israel using Cadence tools.
     
  • Nistec holds an international technological seminar with Dr. Holger Ruth (Germany), on X-Ray Inspection Analyses of Electronic Components.


2005

  • Nistec Merkaz (TKS) starts providing full turn-key services, including component procurement and engineering.
     
  • Nistec launches ODM services with planning and development of the product "The Answer".
     
  • Nistec Merkaz (TKS) expands its production areas, by adding a further 10,700 square feet to the Petach Tikva plant.


2004

  • Nistec moves to green production through the use of environmentally friendly substances in the production process and recycling most raw materials on the production floor.


2003

  • Nistec expands its operations in Petach Tikva, adding another 14,000 square feet of production space.


1999

  • Nistec Merkaz (TKS) adds two new SMT Siemens production lines to the Petach Tikva plant.
     
  • Nistec holds an international technological seminar with Dr. Jennie Hwang (USA) on Electronic Packaging and Assembly.

1998

  • Nistec holds an international technological seminar with Dr. John Law (USA), on BGA, CSP, DCA and Fine-Pitch.
     
  • Nistec holds an international technological seminar with Mrs. Pamela Gordon (USA) on Global Trends in Subcontracting.
     
  • Nistec establishes the Israeli VP Operations Forum.
     
  • Nistec publishes the first ever Nistec Group Newsletter, providing clients with technological information from the field.
     
  • Nistec is certified as an approved vendor of the Israeli Ministry of Defense.


1997

  • Nistec Merkaz (TKS) is established in Petach Tikva and operates a state-of-the-art Siemens production line, on an area of 10,700 square feet.
     
  • Nistec Merkaz (TKS) receives ISO 9001 certification from the Standards Institution of Israel for a compliant Quality Management System.


1996

  • Nistec Design (CircuiTec) receives ISO 9001 certification from the Standards Institution of Israel for a compliant Quality Management System.


1995

  • Yitzhak Nissan establishes Nistec Design (CircuiTec), which provides high-quality PCB layout design services using Cadence tools.


1992

  • Nistec establishes and runs the SMT lines in the C4I Corps of the IDF.

  • Nistec plans, accompanies and implements the first SMT lines in ECI Telecom Ltd.


1985

  • Yitzhak Nissan establishes Nistec Ltd. The Company conducts technological seminars and provides electronics consultancy for the high-tech industry in Israel.
