NISTEC PURCHASED STATE-OF-THE-ART SOLDERING MACHINES FOR A TOTAL OF NIS 1 MILLION

The Nistec Group has carried out an additional investment in new and advanced machines for its assembly and production plants in Petach Tikva, Maalot and Katzrin.

Within the framework of the purchase of new equipment Nistec purchased 2 state-of-the-art soldering ovens (reflow) manufactured by Heller (USA). The machines of the prestigious model 1809 MKIII enable precise control of the temperature profile with a reaction of less than one second for temperature changes of 0.1oC degrees! This enables uniformity of the soldering process of the electronic board and execution of excellent soldering quality. With a speed of the conveyor belt of 80 cm per minute, and width of the conveyor belt of 26 inches plus a wide soldering process window, the oven enables total flexibility for soldering particularly large boards and boards with a high density of components. The machines shall be delivered and enter full activity on the assembly lines of the Nistec plants during the second quarter of 2017.

This purchase of new equipment is added to the last investment of the company, only 4 months ago, totalling NIS 3 million in board application and cutting machines.
“We are committed to supplying our customers with the highest quality” said Yitzhak Nissan, CEO of the Nistec Group “therefore we are committed to constantly invest in new and updated technological equipment which will enable our customer to realize his dreams in our production plants”.
