A new quality system has been developed and installed in the Nistec Golan plant in Katzrin.

The system enables collection and analysis of quality data in real time from the machines on the production line.

Every electronic circuit receives a serial number and the results of the test are transferred automatically to the data collection system.

Based on the data a graph can be received with the production yield for each production batch.

Graphs may be created in various cross sections such as: distribution of the malfunctions, quantity of the malfunctions and types of malfunctions.

“Achievement of excellent production quality is a central objection for us” said Rafi Avsuf, the Nistec Golan Plant Manager, ”We are acting to continually improve in order to enable our customers to benefit from our products at the highest standard of quality”.
