NISTEC HAS PURCHASED STATE-OF-THE-ART PRODUCTION MACHINES FOR A TOTAL OF NIS 3 MILLION

The Nistec Group has made an additional investment in new and advanced machines for its assembly and production plants in Petach Tikva, Maalot and Katzrin. Within this framework Nistec has purchased 5 machines at an overall cost of some NIS 3 million.

Within the framework of equipping itself Nistec has purchased 2 Siemens (Germany), state-of-the-art placement machines. The machines of the prestigious model Siplace SX enable placement of the smallest components available in the electronics market currently of size 01005 (0.1 x 0.2 mm). The maximum output of the machines is 60,000 placements per hour with accuracy of +22μm! The machines will arrive at the plant and start full operation on the assembly line in the Nistec plant in Petach Tikva during April 2017.

Furthermore, Nistec has purchase 3 advanced router machines manufactured by El Automation (Taiwan). The machines Model EM-5700N enable execution of accurate cutting and milling for printed circuits. The system enables accurate cutting of +0.012mm at a milling speed of up to 100mm per second. The aforementioned three machines will start full operation in the company’s three plants in Petach Tikva, Maalot and Katzrin during the first quarter of 2017.
