Nistec has purchased three selective soldering machines at a cost of 1.5 Million NIS Hence the Group has completed an overall investment of about 10 Million NIS in new equipment during 2015.

Nistec acquired three advanced selective soldering machines manufactured by the Seho Company (Germany). These “Selective Line” model machines allow rapid and qualitative soldering of Through- Hole components on the PCB. The system includes a camera that enables automatic learning of soldering points on the PCB as well as an automatic solder feeder designated to shorten the machine’s setup time and actual working time. The three machines will commence their full activity during the first quarter of 2016.

This equipping process joins the supplementary investment in new equipment carried by the Group during 2015, three advanced innovative placement machines manufactured by Samsung, six AOI machines manufactured by the Nordson USA Company, a PCB laminating machine manufactured by Hakuto Japan and more.

“The manufacturing technologies’ development has accelerated in recent years and we strive to be at the forefront of technology with advanced equipment that will optimally mmet our customers’ needs”, stated Yitzhak Nissan, CEO of the Nistec Group. “It is our obligation to provide a technological solution that will allow our customer to implement and execute his production at the highest level on the manufacturing floor”.
