Nistec opened its new production plant in the Katzrin Industrial Zone. The 8,000-sq.m. Beit Nistec Golan was built at an investment of NIS 45 million. The plant provides design and assembly services for especially high-quality electronic products. The building also includes a laboratory floor for startups, which will receive services on-site for the rapid development and production of new products, from the circuit design stage through production. A visitors center for the general public was built on the gallery floor.
The Nistec electronics plant in Petah Tikva has received approval from the Ministry of the Economy and Industry for its plan to install advanced technologies in manufacturing at an investment of NIS 5 million. The plan will help the company boost the plant’s productivity by 10% a year over four years by investment in machinery, information systems, and the installation of automation and robotics on the production lines.
The Nistec Group has purchased land on an area of 100,000 square foot for construction of a new electronics factory on the Golan Heights in Israel. Nistec shall invest some 7 million dollars in the new site which shall include a laboratory floor in which start-up companies shall receive all the services required for speedy development and production of new products.
The House of Nistec was inaugurated in Ma’a lot, Israel with an investment of about 11 Million Dollars. The new Production Plant is one of the largest, most advanced production sites for the assembly and production of electronic products in Israel, with an annual production capacity of approximately 350 million component placements.
Nistec acquires Eltek (NASDAQ: ELTK) a leading global provider of complex Rigid and Flex-Rigid Printed Circuit Boards. The Company from Petah-Tikva, Israel., complements Nistec’s comprehensive service to its customers, from design to the end product.
A new Production Plant of Nistec, Nistec Golan in Katzrin. The Production Plant provides electronic assemblies of PCB’s and complex products within the military and medical markets.
The Nistec North Production Plant from Ma’alot joins the Nistec family. The Company acquired TPI Ltd. Production Plant and founded an additional Nistec branch in Northern Israel. This Production Plant provides large series electronic assemblies.
Nistec established its first PCB assembly line. Nistec’s advanced Siemens assembly line, specialized in prototypes and small series with a quick turnaround time.
A new service in Nistec, designing Printed Circuit Boards (PCB’s). Nistec’s Design Office was established, offering high level PCB design services using Cadence tools.
Yitzhak Nisaan has established Nistec and began providing technologic consultation services. The Company, whose offices are located in Petah-Tikva, Israel, is considered a technologic authority and a pioneer within the SMT industry.
